    We are unable to colour match - we can only use the colours availble in the acrylic world.

    - QR Codes will become void if you amend the link and/or social media names/usernames. We are not held responsible for any changes after your order has been made. 

     

    DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

    - If your item is received damaged you must inform us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will require images of the damaged item along with images of the shipping box in order to process a claim. 

     

    REFUNDS

    - Due to the nature of our personalised products, we do not offer refunds on any orders. We offer replacements where applicable, and if we have the stock required to replace or a store voucher with the value of the cost of the product. Additionally, please note that no cancellations are permitted once a order has been made.
