Not all designs are possible to be made in 3D due to sizing and thickness of certain fonts etc, they may need to be engraved and filled with colour or placed using vinyl.

Please get in contact first before ordering if you have a thin or detailed font.

We will require your logo in a Vector format or we will require your the font information. If you do not have any of these, we can work with an alternative font which is similar to yours, but please note we may not be able to exactly match.

If you are unsure, please drop us a DM and we will be able to advise further. 

We cannot colour match - we are only able to use the available colours in the acrylic world! Please drop us a message to enquire the best colour for you. 

If your items are received damaged, you must let us know within 2 days. 

If you would like to use your own Logo, please ensure you have a vector format such as EPS, SVG or AI. 

If you do not have a vector format, please get in touch with us to see if we can convert your logo or see if we have a font similar to yours. 

If you dont already have a logo, dont worry! We can create you a sign using fonts we have available. 

Please note  If your Logo design has thin elements or intricate details, it may not be suitable for 3D production as it could get damaged.
