We may require your logo in a Vector format or we will require your the font information. If you do not have any of these, we can work with an alternative font which is similar to yours, but please note we may not be able to exactly match. If you are unsure, please drop us a DM and we will be able to advise further. 

We cannot colour match - we are only able to use the available colours in the acrylic world! Please drop us a message to enquire the best colour for you. 

If your items are received damaged, you must let us know within 5 days.
