A deposit covering the design fee (£30) is required to secure your slot. Once your design has been confirmed and finalised, the remaining balance must be paid in full before your item can be processed for printing.

 

Payments must be made via bank transfer or payment link. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your slot will be released to the next client.

 

You must be available on the agreed booking date. If you miss your scheduled date, a £30 rebooking fee will apply. If this fee is not paid, your original payment will not be refunded, as the allocated slot will have been wasted.

 

One sample will be provided, with minor amendments included. Excessive amendments may incur additional charges.

 

Please provide as much detail as possible about your design so we can get a clear idea of what you’re hoping to achieve. Feel free to send over any inspiration if you have it.
